Happy Easter

So easter has come and gone. I still haven't gone to church, which probably makes me a sinner of some sort.

Not a lot happened over the 3 day weekend. Girls did not go to visit the panhandle, which was disappointing only because I really wanted to do a 3 day push on the jeep and that clearly did not happen. In fact, I did basically dick on the jeep. I pulled some of the clutch pivot parts from where they were stashed underneath the jeep and wire wheeled them reasonably clean and then painted them. And that is pretty much it.

Had a nice Easter, the girls got to have baskets and an Easter egg hunt. They really enjoyed both, in fact I don't think they ate any actual food until last night when we finally had dinner. Everything else was pretty much chocolate and/or marshmallow candies of some sort. We were supposed to go eat Sunday dinner at some friends, but that fell through literally on the way there when they called to tell us that one of the little ones was sick. Since GC #2 has just gotten well, we didn't want to have a fun spring break with another virus.

I did get to watch LSU baseball all weekend, and that was nice. Won 2 games from Georgia. I won't get into any detail, but I can handle 2 of 3 all the time. I don't need sweeps every weekend.
